* STRAWBBERRY SPONGE CAKE *


İNGREDİENTS
butter 165 gr-1 1/ 5 stick
sugar 170 gr- 3/ 4cup +2 tablespoon
vanilla 1 teaspoon
lemon zest 1 teaspoon
self raising flour 190 gr -1 1/ 5 cup
eggs 3-beaten
double cream 160 ml
icing sugar 4 table spoon
strawbery 200 gr and extra fordecorete

*190 C -375 F
20 cm- 8 inch round cake tins
- preheat oven 15 minıtes before baking
- beat sugar,butter,vanilla,lemon zest until fluffy
-add eggs and beat well
-add half of the flour and mix with spoon ,add remaining flour and fold in until just combine
-pour to tins and bake
-whip the cream with 2 tablespoon icing sugar untilit forms soft peaks,add chopped strawberry
-spread one cake layer with the mixture and top with the second cake layer
-dust with remaining icing sugar and decorete with ekstra strawberry.
